Arctic Seal – for secure emergency seals under extreme conditions
Arctic Seal is a one-component and weather-resistant, fibrefilled sealant for emergency repairs, perfect for use on rooftops, balconies, terraces and in outside fittings and intersections. If there’s no time to lose, Arctic Seal provides a secure seal, giving you time to find a more permanent solution.
The highly elastic material is not only suitable for seamless application on concrete substrates, screeds and bituminous rooftops, it also works on foil and metal roofs, in particular in areas exposed to stagnant water for longer period of time (e.g. gullies or water exchange areas). Arctic Seal comes without a diffusion barrier and can be easily applied to slightly damp substrates. This makes it perfect for temporarily targeting and fixing leaks quickly until weather conditions permit proper sealing with fleece inlay.
