FRAGMAT WATERPROOFING
Bitumen waterproofing strips consist of a carrier that provides mechanical resistance and dimensional stability to the strip, and a bituminous compound that ensures waterproofing while serving as an adhesive to bond with the substrate.
Carriers:
Glass Veil: Provides good dimensional stability to the waterproofing strip, suitable for waterproofing buried structures in less demanding terrains and at shallow depths where moisture is present.
Glass Fabric: Offers excellent mechanical properties, dimensional stability, and high tensile strength, making it ideal for waterproofing flat roof systems and the most demanding structures, including buried constructions in challenging terrains.
Polyester Felt: Provides high elasticity and resistance to both static and dynamic loads, making it suitable for waterproofing flat roof systems and buried structures in demanding and unstable terrains.
Aluminum Foil: Imparts vapor resistance to the waterproofing strip, serving as a vapor barrier in flat roof systems and protecting against radon infiltration.
