The advantages of constructing with roof and facade panels include excellent thermal and acoustic insulation of the building, as well as easy and fast installation onto a prepared structure. The term “insulated sandwich panels” is often used to describe roof and facade panels.
Roof and facade panels consist of sheet metal and an insulation core. The bottom side of the panels can be made of sheet metal, aluminium foil, cardboard, etc.
We offer roof and facade panels from various manufacturers, which differ in terms of the type of insulation core, sheet metal thickness, and the amount of zinc coating on the sheet metal, ranging from 140 g/m2 to 275 g/m2. The most commonly used insulation cores are PUR/PIR insulation core and stone wool. The thickness of roof and facade panels ranges from 10 mm up to 240 mm.

ADVANTAGES OF ROOF AND FACADE PANELS BASED ON INSULATION CORE
PUR has better insulation properties compared to stone wool
PIR has better insulation properties and superior fire resistance compared to stone wool and PUR insulation core
Stone wool has better fire resistance compared to PUR/PIR core
Roof and facade panels are available in sheet thicknesses ranging
from 0.4 to 0.7 mm
