BAUDER
Long-term sealing, effective thermal insulation and a safely built roof. Your roof needs all of this. That's why Bauder has developed the right high-quality materials. With high-quality bitumen or synthetic roofing membranes, polyurethane rigid foam thermal insulation, photovoltaic systems and green roofs, Bauder ensures the highest level of safety, especially for flat roofs.

Bauder bitumen membranes
Bauder bitumen roofing membranes are always the right choice, both for new builds and renovations. Unlike other solutions, they confidently adapt to your requirements. Every new layer brings more safety and more benefits.
Top layers: BauderKARAT, BauderSMARAGD, Bauder BAUKUBIT K5K, BauderTEC KSO SN PRVA
Sealing layer: BauderTEC KSA DUO, BauderTEC ELWS DUO, BauderTHERM UL 50, BauderFLEX G 4 E
Vapour barriers: BauderTEC KSD DUO, BauderTEC DBR, BauderTHERM DS 1 DUO, BauderFLEX DNA
Bauder synthetic sealing membranes
Synthetic sealing membranes are most often used to seal the lightweight roofs of industrial buildings and halls. As with bitumen membranes, the same rule applies: the quality of the system used matters most. You can choose between Bauder PVC or FPO roofing membranes.
PVC: BauderTHERMOFIN F 15/18/20, BauderTHERMOFIN F 15 V, BauderTHERMOFIN F TL
FPO: BauderTHERMOPLAN T 15/18/20, BauderTHERMOPLAN T 15/18/20 V, BauderTHERMOPLAN T TL, BauderTHERMOPLAN Walkway
Bauder thermal insulation
More than 40% of total energy consumption in the EU is attributed to the construction sector. Yet energy reserves will not be available indefinitely. The goals must be to increase energy efficiency – meaning saving energy and using it optimally – and to consistently reduce greenhouse gas emissions. These goals can be achieved by improving the energy efficiency of buildings and, not least, the insulation materials used.
Bauder liquid membrane
Requirements on flat roofs are becoming ever more complex. Flat roofs have long been used, for example, for photovoltaic installations, air-conditioning units, heat exchangers and the like. Because of this, flat roofs feature an increasing number of penetrations and details, which are also becoming more complex. In such cases, using liquid membranes has become essential. Sealing with a liquid membrane must undoubtedly be of the highest quality. Even more important is the liquid membrane's full compatibility with the overall system, which is why we offer a Bauder liquid membrane system for both Bauder bitumen membranes and synthetic membranes.
