GERARD's premium stone-coated roofing is designed to withstand virtually all the effects of climate change. Lightweight GERARD steel roofing is fixed to the roof structure with multiple fasteners at a 90° angle, making it secure against strong winds. Because interlocking GERARD steel tiles are fastened horizontally, each with at least eight separate fasteners, Gerard roofs are safer in high winds than vertically fastened alternatives. GERARD roofing systems are resistant to hailstones up to 30 mm in size. A GERARD roof cannot even be pierced by a very large 90 mm diameter hailstone, meaning your roof can continue to protect your home from the elements.
