Polycarbonate roofing
Light is an important element of living space, and transparent polycarbonate roofing has a high light transmission rate (from 74% to 87% for transparent sheets). Standard double-sided UV protection prevents the sheets from yellowing and becoming brittle in the sun. Due to their low weight, installation and processing are simple. They are distinguished by good impact and hail resistance. Sheets can be installed on wooden as well as various metal structures. These can be flat or arched. For flat structures, a minimum pitch of 5° is recommended.
You can choose between the following types of transparent sheets:
- Multiwall LEXAN polycarbonate sheets are often used for roofing carports, terrace canopies, pergolas, etc. We can offer flat, corrugated and trapezoidal polycarbonate sheets.
- Polycarbonate glass is visually very close to glass, but approximately half as light.
- Corrugated and trapezoidal polycarbonate sheets are usually used for skylight strips in combination with other opaque roofing materials or as standalone roofing for canopies.
- Diamond corrugated polycarbonate sheet is a compact, 2.8 mm thick sheet with a prismatic relief structure on the underside.
- Fastlock UNI polycarbonate roofing is a system of 20 cm wide, slightly convex single-layer sheets for covering all types of canopies. The roofing is fastened without drilling, using special fasteners, which prevents leakage.

Lexan polycarbonate sheets are considered among the highest-quality sheets of this type on the market. They boast the lowest yellowing index. Unlike conventional materials of this type, UV protection is standard on both sides. Despite the harmful effects of sunlight, the sheets will yellow later and will not become brittle.
